Maintenance & Installation

All fire service safety testing, maintenance or installation works are delivered to the latest UK fire safety standards and in accordance with BS 5839, the BS EN 54 series of standards for fire detection and fire alarm systems and BS 9999.

We can test all types of alarms and equipment from alarm control panels and smoke detectors/smoke alarms to related items like carbon monoxide alarms. Frequency of testing

 

UK fire safety regulations state that fire alarm systems must be ‘adequately maintained.’ In terms of statutory inspection, British Standard BS 5839, backed by Government advice, recommends that fire alarm systems should be inspected at least every 6-months.
