Project Services

Commercial buildings account for over 40% of UK carbon emissions.

phs Compliance is committed to helping customers maintain energy-efficient, cost-effective and sustainable buildings. So our project services capability is centred on delivering significant energy efficiencies for our customers.

We support new build, fit-out and refurbishment projects across a wide range of business sectors including construction, facilities management, retail, critical infrastructures, justice and healthcare.

We work nationwide to design and deliver electrical project works, commercial gas installations and HVAC installation projects. Our scope of service includes design, supply and installation as well as the testing & commissioning of all low voltage installations, from power to lighting.

We provide full project management services - from initial specification through to practical completion. Operating in partnership with key clients across a wide range of business sectors, our projects approach is consistently focused upon delivery. Each client project has dedicated Project Managers who focus on health & safety, standards, communications and cost management elements for each project.

Fundamentally, we focus upon delivery of technical excellence. From specification and sourcing systems or components, project reporting, fitted drawings, document hand-over and warranties – with delivery on time to specification and budget guaranteed. We are committed to robust cost management, transparency and openness on all client projects.

An NICEIC Approved Contractor, phs Compliance is also fully accredited by Gas Safe Register and REFCOM. As a contractor, we observe all Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 in our works whether coordinating with others or through a construction phase plan.

Health and safety is central to our business which is why we embed the highest possible standards. We embrace a culture of near-miss reporting, minimising lost time incidents (LTI) through robust ongoing organisational learning, train our engineering and operational management to IOSH standards and maintain a suite of SSIP standards, including accreditation to ISO 18001, CHAS, Safecontractor, Avetta.
