phs Compliance successfully tendered for a nationwide lighting maintenance contract for a major retail chain. The work involved carrying out planned maintenance visits to each store within the first twelve months, followed by re-lamping & replacing control gear in faulty lights. Each store would then have 100% of its lighting in working order including all lighting in-store, back of house, and sales floor.
Daily challenges faced by the project team and our engineers included the restricted access hours & avoiding disruption to trading hours, working safely at various heights, risks to the general public, and ensuring that materials & waste mechanism are readily available.
