phs Compliance began working with custodial & justice clients of our Tier 1 facilities management provider in 2017 delivering internal & external LED lighting replacement works, electrical power distribution works, and other minor electrical works.
The sites are all closed prisons with challenging operational environments, ageing infrastructure and significant occupation levels.
It was imperative that all works were tightly planned & scheduled in order to complete on time and to budget. It was essential too that we communicated closely and effectively with all prison staff in affected areas to avoid disruption to operations.
