Exclusive supplier to a corporate property management provider

Nationwide compliance and building engineering services supplier phs Compliance has been appointed as exclusive supplier of electrical compliance inspection and test services to a corporate property management provider. phs Compliance was chosen due to scale, breadth and expertise in delivering high-quality electrical compliance inspection and test services.

phs Compliance will deliver inspection and test services for electrical installation, portable appliance and emergency lighting across multiple customer properties over a three-year period, including leading High Street retail brands. Remedial electrical works will also be delivered.
