Brian Leech

Compliance Operations Director

With over 20 years’ business experience in the service industry, Brian joined phs Compliance in September 2019, having previously worked at VPS Group for nearly 7 years, Brian’s last role in VPS was Operations Director, and has held several senior operational roles in his career. His experience includes seven years at VPS, in senior Operations Director roles. Brian has also worked in senior Business Development roles at Mears and Orbis Protect.

“Having worked in the service industry for the whole of my career, I joined phs Compliance due to the diverse nature of the work we deliver, it’s a fantastic business, with a great reputation in the sectors it works in. We huge have opportunities for growth, and been part of the phs Group, this will hopefully open up opportunities personally in the future.
