PHS Compliance (Formerly CLM Compliance) Head Office has existed in the North West of England for over 20 years. Having changed site 3 times during this period to accommodate a growing workforce, our business Headquarters will remain in Warrington for the foreseeable future. The reason for this is simple; Warrington provides a central and accessible location to all of our staff and clients regardless of their regional location. The site is close to the main arterial road, motorway, rail and airport networks minimising cross country travel for all. Although we operate from Regional offices, the Head Office site houses the businesses key financial, Operational, development and support teams along with our state of the art training centre which hosts all new recruits through induction and provides existing employees with a route to personal and professional development.
The office covers a 3 acre site in the heart of Warrington and employs over 80 people in a purpose built environment. Our Head office is the ideal place to present our business to clients and boasts incredible meeting and presentation facilities within the media centre. The training centre within the main office building has been endorsed by the City and Guilds Institute since 2006 as a development and training centre and more than 800 staff and clients have passed through the doors having successfully gained an engineering qualification. Our affiliation to GOLA (Global On-line Assessment) means that all students are able to take their final examination on-line with an instant result. As well as providing National administrative support to its regional sub-offices, our Headquarters in Warrington also provides a base for the Northern Regional Engineer network. Over 100 engineers and Operatives use the Warrington facility as a regional office which is set up to support client’s based in Tyne and Wear, Durham, Cumbria, Teeside and Yorkshire down to Lancashire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Derbyshire and Staffordshire. The North of England Region mirrors each of the other Regional offices in that it can deliver the full range of products offered by PHS Compliance. From Warrington, we are able to deliver, through a diverse engineering team, all of our core electrical and gas products. The Warrington operation is also able to deliver bundled packages of compliance inspections both electrical and gas along with electrical repairs, remedial solutions and large scale installations. As with all of our Regional teams, the Northern region can offer our customers a fully comprehensive gas and electrical maintenance and servicing package incorporating a 24/7 emergency call out service.
