The introduction of our Central London office in November 2009 was an essential step dictated by our clients just as much as our own management team. Having previously managed our Southern operation from Guildford, it became hugely apparent that this facility was no longer in the right location. With the introduction of many major clients in the City during 2007-2009, almost 40% of our business turnover is delivered within the M25. Aside from the value of business in the Capital, the demanding nature of the clients and the needs of their staff meant that we as a business needed significant presence to win their trust and provide visibility and reactive support.
The London office caters for all clients within the M25 and surrounding areas and also provides a base for the rest of the Southern development team covering the East and West Midlands, South East, South West and Greater London. Our clients in the Region include major Facilities Management companies, Local Authorities, NHS Hospital Trusts, London Boroughs, Universities, and large private business entities including some of the largest banking and retail institutions in the world.
From their base in NW1, the London team provides exceptional coverage for the City and the South of England and are able to deliver, through a diverse engineering team, all of our core electrical and gas products. The London operation is also able to deliver bundled packages of compliance inspections both electrical and gas along with electrical repairs, remedial solutions and large scale installations. As with all of our regional teams, the London region can offer our customers a fully comprehensive gas and electrical maintenance and servicing package incorporating a 24/7 emergency call out service.
