Electrical

All inspection and testing is in legal compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act, Electricity at Work Regulations in accordance with HSE Codes of Practice and IEE BS7671 Code of Practice. PHS Compliance also holds the UKAS Inspection accreditation.

Fire

We offer comprehensive fire services including service and maintenance agreements for fire safety equipment, fire extinguishers, sprinkler systems, hoses, alarms and fire doors. Under The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 there must be provision for general fire precautions including the provision to fight fires.

Gas

We offer a range of gas services including design installation, commercial servicing and landlords’ gas safety and inspection of all in-service gas boilers, fires and heaters in compliance with Gas Safety Regulation 1998, via our dedicated GAS SAFE registered engineers.

Water

We offer a complete range of water hygiene services to ensure customers are fully compliant with industry regulations (ACoPL8). Prevention of legionnaires’ disease via cooling towers, hot, cold and evaporator condenser water systems.
