About PHS Compliance
PHS Compliance (formerly CLM Compliance and Epsilon Test) was originally formed as a lighting maintenance business serving Public Sector organisations and blue chip retailers. Over the last 2 decades, the business has been radically transformed and established itself as the UK’s leading dedicated electrical safety specialist.
Driven by ever changing legislation and customer demand, we have introduced our own brand of electrical test and inspection to the marketplace which covers all aspects of essential planned and reactive maintenance, test and inspection and design and installation. We have developed a customer base including some of the worlds leading brand names and most prominent Government departments.
Recent years have seen PHS Compliance expand rapidly due to an exhaustive campaign to educate and guide its customers on their obligations under the law, and have helped to provide bespoke solutions in cases where others have failed. In order to provide an unrivalled service, PHS Compliance has opened a network of Regional offices across the UK to offer all customers local support.
As we move forward, PHS Compliance continues to look for innovative ways of improving our offering to the customer. We believe in using a local, multi-skilled workforce to deliver multi service packages to customers in an attempt to reduce their risk, disruption to their business and offer important added value.
